    Mandatory motor liability insurance will be introduced for all rental electric scooters and for light electric vehicles weighing more than 25 kilograms or having a speed exceeding 25 km/h. In addition, injuries caused by drivers to themselves in motorsport competitions will no longer be compensated under motor liability insurance.

    Reforming the motor liability insurance system

    The Motor Liability Insurance Act will be reformed, speeding up the processing of claims and giving insurance companies greater freedom in pricing premiums and bonuses. Personal injuries sustained by drivers participating in motorsport competitions will be excluded from the scope of statutory motor liability insurance.
