More flexible terms for mortgages
The maximum repayment period for home loans will be extended from 30 to 35 years, and the loan cap on home loans can be raised more flexibly during economic downturns. At the same time, more flexible terms depending on the economic cycle will be enabled for housing company loans on new residential developments.

Improving payment terms for food producers
Payment periods for food and agricultural products will be shortened and unpaid returns of products by retail stores will be prohibited. The reform will strengthen the position of agricultural producers and small food sector operators in relation to large buyers.

Electricity compensation and extended payment periods
Households affected by high electricity bills will receive state-supported electricity compensation directly on their electricity bills. In addition, households and businesses can request extended payment periods for their electricity bills for the winter months.

Extra time to pay debts
Companies will temporarily receive additional time to pay their debts before a creditor can petition for their bankruptcy based on failure to comply with a demand for payment. The payment period will be extended from the usual one week to 30 days.
