    A maximum limit of 4,000 euros will be set on the increase in pensionable income for self-employed persons who started operating in 2023–2025 during their first review. At the same time, the compensation period for psychological support for those who have served in crisis management duties will be extended to two years.

    Therapy guarantee for children and young people

    Children and young people under the age of 23 will be guaranteed rapid and free access to short-term psychotherapy or other psychosocial treatment and support for mental health in primary-level services. Treatment or social welfare support must be started no later than 28 days or one month after the need has been identified.

    Nurse appointments at health centres and outpatient clinic visits for minors will become free of charge. At the same time, the annual cap on client fees will be expanded to cover dental care and therapies, among other things.
