Cancelling the introduction of light cars
The introduction of speed-limited passenger cars, known as light cars, for young people will be cancelled. Legislation concerning light cars will be repealed before its entry into force because it conflicts with EU law.

Postponing legislation on light cars

Clarifying water traffic safety and oversight
Safety requirements and supervision for water traffic will be clarified, and the access of watercraft deemed dangerous to lock canals can be restricted. Missing nautical charts will no longer incur fines, and virtual aids to navigation can also be introduced on waterways.

Reforming road traffic rules and penalties
