Streamlining enforcement of Nordic debt instruments
Finland will begin accepting certificates on the enforceability of promissory notes issued by courts and other authorities in Norway and Denmark. Previously, the certificate was required specifically from the ministries of justice of those countries.

Finland will continue purchasing labour market training places from the North Calotte Education Foundation in 2016–2019. The agreement is concluded together with Sweden and Norway.
