Criminalising exploitation of trafficking victims
The intentional use of services provided by a victim of human trafficking will be criminalised. At the same time, subjecting another person to surrogacy will be added to the provision on human trafficking.

Approving treaty against forced labour
Finland will approve the International Labour Organization (ILO) protocol to strengthen action against forced labour and related human trafficking. In addition, the protocol will improve the protection of victims and their right to remedies.
