    A company deregistered from the trade register due to a failure to submit notifications will be able to apply for restoration to the register and continue its operations.     Tax authority access to money laundering data

    The Finnish Tax Administration will gain the right to inspect customer identification and beneficial ownership data of entities covered by anti-money laundering legislation. In addition, the Finnish Tax Administration will be able to report deficiencies it identifies directly to the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
