Right of appeal against state appointments
An applicant who is not appointed to a state office or public-service employment relationship will be able to appeal the appointment decision to an administrative court. However, the right of appeal will not apply to, for example, the highest state offices, short fixed-term appointments or positions filled without an open application process.

Clarifying pressure equipment regulation and supervision
The Pressure Equipment Act will be amended and clarified to facilitate practical application and the division of responsibilities between authorities. An explicit right will be laid down for the Finnish Defence Forces to maintain their own register of pressure equipment, and the rules on language requirements for equipment and inspection schedules will be made more flexible.

Raising Finnish Defence Forces retirement ages

Enabling international military assistance

Civilian oversight of Defence Forces healthcare
