Reforming dangerous goods transport rules
The Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods would be reformed to meet modern safety requirements, EU regulation and international agreements. Supervision, division of responsibilities and permit procedures would be clarified for road, rail, maritime and air transport.

Extending fairway fee and tax cuts
The halved fairway dues for merchant shipping and the abolition of track tax on freight transport will remain in force throughout 2018. The measures will ease transport costs for industry and export companies.
