Enabling direct state corporate investments
Business Finland Venture Capital Oy will in exceptional cases be able to make direct equity investments containing state aid in companies. The investments will support sectors and companies that are strategically important to the Finnish economy and industry.

Recovering unlawful venture capital aid
The state will be able to recover state aid for venture capital activities that has been granted unlawfully. Decisions on recovery and the determination of interest will be made by the Innovation Funding Agency Business Finland.
