Extending the reception allowance cut
The previously implemented cut to the reception allowance and spending allowance paid to asylum seekers and beneficiaries of temporary protection will be extended until June 2026. The level of support will remain at its current level until permanent legislative amendments on the matter enter into force.

Postponing the Disability Services Act
The entry into force of the new Act on Disability Services and related acts will be postponed until the beginning of 2025. During the postponement, the scope of application of the act will be specified and its impacts reassessed.

Updating Ministry of Justice decree powers
Acts in the administrative branch of the Ministry of Justice will be updated so that the powers of the ministry and the Government to issue decrees meet the requirements of the Constitution. Old and imprecise general authorisations will be repealed or replaced with precise provisions.

Clarifying duties of supreme legality overseers
The division of duties between the Chancellor of Justice and the Parliamentary Ombudsman will be clarified and expanded. Oversight duties and complaints will be divided between the agencies more clearly than before according to their areas of expertise.
