Transferring remediation grant payment duties

Reforming support for remediating contaminated areas
The state will support the investigation and remediation of contaminated soil, groundwater and sediments under a new support act. Support can be granted to municipalities, businesses and private individuals in situations where the party responsible for the contamination cannot be held liable.
