Closure of high-risk premises
Municipalities and Regional State Administrative Agencies will be able to completely close certain recreational and leisure premises to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. A closure decision can be made regardless of the scale of the activity or the number of participants.

Requiring energy certificates for more buildings
Energy performance certificates will be required for a wider range of building types, such as indoor swimming pools, ice rinks, warehouses, and protected buildings. The amendment aligns Finnish legislation with the EU Energy Efficiency Directive.
