Centralising electricity data in a datahub
A centralised data exchange system, or datahub, will be created for the retail electricity market to handle electricity contracts, supplier switches and electricity consumption metering data. The reform will speed up customer transactions and make data transmission between electricity companies smoother and more uniform.

The excise duty on alcoholic beverages will be increased by an average of 2.5 per cent from the beginning of 2019. The increase will raise retail prices of alcoholic beverages by just over one per cent on average.

Phased increase in tobacco duty
Taxation on tobacco products will be increased in four stages in 2016 and 2017. As a result of the increases, retail prices for cigarettes and rolling tobacco will rise gradually.
