Clarifying ministry practices and regulatory evaluation
The status of the Finnish Council of Regulatory Impact Assessment will be established in law, and uniform ground rules will be created for internal duty assignments within ministries. At the same time, releasing the Government's own archive materials for scientific research will be clarified.

Minimum salary for worker residence permits
A new monthly minimum salary threshold of 1,600 euros will be set for workers arriving in Finland on a residence permit for an employed person. A residence permit can no longer be granted for work where the monthly salary paid falls below this threshold.

Increasing gas and ethanol vehicle subsidies
Restrictions on purchase subsidies for gas-powered vans and lorries will be removed, and the maximum amount of subsidy paid to companies will be increased. At the same time, state subsidies for converting passenger cars to run on gas or ethanol will be reinstated.
