Reforming working hours and protection
The Working Hours Act will be reformed to reflect modern working practices by introducing new flexible working time arrangements and a statutory working hours bank. At the same time, remote work will be brought more clearly within the scope of working hours protection, and the maximum number of consecutive night shifts will be limited.

Improving family carers' fees and leave
The minimum fee and statutory leave for family carers will be increased, and they will begin to be offered regular health checks. At the same time, the maximum number of clients cared for in a family home will be raised to six.

Deregulating opening hours for shops and salons
Shops, barbershops and hairdressing salons will be entirely free to decide their opening hours. Small entrepreneurs operating in shopping centres will nevertheless be guaranteed the right to keep their business closed one day a week.
