Tax authority access to money laundering data
The Finnish Tax Administration will gain the right to inspect customer identification and beneficial ownership data of entities covered by anti-money laundering legislation. In addition, the Finnish Tax Administration will be able to report deficiencies it identifies directly to the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.

Closer customs cooperation with Uruguay
Finland and Uruguay will begin official cooperation in the prevention and investigation of customs offences. The customs authorities of both countries will be able to exchange information and provide each other with mutual administrative assistance.

Finnish banks and other financial institutions would be required to determine the tax residence of their customers and report their account details to the Finnish Tax Administration.
