1.Laki työsopimuslain 13 luvun 6 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään työsopimuslain (55/2001) 13 luvun 6 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1458/2016, uusi 4 momentti seuraavasti:

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki kunnallisesta viranhaltijasta annetun lain 22 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään kunnallisesta viranhaltijasta annetun lain (304/2003) 22 §:ään uusi 2 momentti seuraavasti:

Edellä 1 momentissa säädetyn työntarjoamisvelvollisuuden ja 46 §:ssä säädetyn takaisinottovelvollisuuden estämättä työnantaja voi tehdä opiskelijan kanssa ammatillisesta koulutuksesta annetussa laissa (531/2017) tarkoitetun oppisopimuksen ja ottaa opiskelijan määräajaksi virkasuhteeseen.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
3.Laki valtion virkamieslain 32 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään valtion virkamieslain (750/1994) 32 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1548/2011, uusi 4 momentti seuraavasti:

Tässä pykälässä säädetyn työntarjoamisvelvollisuuden estämättä työnantaja voi tehdä opiskelijan kanssa ammatillisesta koulutuksesta annetussa laissa (531/2017) tai Ahvenanmaan maakuntalainsäädännössä tarkoitetun oppisopimuksen ja nimittää opiskelijan virkasuhteeseen.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
