The Act on the Market Organisation for Agricultural Products will be updated to correspond to revised European Union legislation. The amendments concern in particular the fruit and vegetables sector, the sugar sector, meat classification and obligations to report price data.

Price cap on electronic identification chaining
A temporary price ceiling will be set on data transmission fees charged when creating a new electronic identification means using another identification means.
