Gender quotas on listed company boards
In large listed companies, at least 40 per cent of board members will have to be women or men by summer 2026. The reform promotes gender equality at the top of corporate life in line with the EU gender quotas directive.

Changing the criminology institute's board
The composition of the board of the Institute of Criminology and Legal Policy operating in conjunction with the University of Helsinki will change. The Ministry of Justice will designate five members, and representation from the Ministry of Education and Culture will be removed.
