Limiting index increases in church funding
The annual index increases in central government funding received by the Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Orthodox Church will be reduced in 2024–2027. Increases will be calculated based on the rise in the consumer price index minus one percentage point.

Freezing index increases in church funding
