Recipients of agricultural early retirement aid will be able to do paid work without income limits for the remainder of 2020. Payment of the aid will not be suspended or prevented due to work and earnings.

Increasing small pensions
The national pension and the guarantee pension will be increased to improve the livelihood of recipients of small pensions. At the same time, housing allowance for pensioners and the rehabilitation allowance for young people will be adjusted so that pensioners benefit more fully from the increases.

Retaining farmers' early retirement support terms
The terms of early retirement support for farmers will be kept unchanged until the end of the scheme's validity, despite the 2017 earnings-related pension reform. The basic amount of early retirement support will continue to be converted into an old-age pension when the beneficiary reaches the age of 63.
