Earnings-related unemployment security will decrease as unemployment lasts longer. In addition, pay-subsidised work will no longer count towards entitlement to an earnings-related allowance, and the obligation of municipalities to organise work for older unemployed persons will be abolished.

Licensing and supervision of crypto-asset services
Crypto-asset service providers will be required to hold an official authorisation instead of previous registration, and their operations will come under stricter regulatory supervision. At the same time, authorised companies will be able to provide their services throughout the EU.

Reform of charging and refuelling regulations
A new act will be enacted in Finland to supplement the EU regulation on electric vehicle recharging points and alternative fuels. Traficom (the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency) will supervise the operation of the recharging and refuelling network, payment methods, and the transparency of price information.

KKV's role in supervising tech giants
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) will become the national contact authority in Finland for the EU's Digital Markets Act. The authority will assist the European Commission in supervising major digital platform companies, exchanging information, and conducting inspections.
