Permitting price competition for non-prescription medicines

Supervision of online store geoblocking
The Consumer Ombudsman will be tasked with supervising that online stores and service providers do not impose unjustified purchase or territorial restrictions on consumers based on place of residence or nationality. Detailed rules and transparency requirements will be laid down in law for the operations, decision-making and financial management of collective management organisations.
