Tax credit for clean transition investments
Finland will introduce a new tax credit for large industrial clean transition investments. Companies will be able to deduct part of the costs of climate-friendly projects worth at least 50 million euros from their future corporate income taxes.

Restoring companies to the trade register
A company deregistered from the trade register due to a failure to submit notifications will be able to apply for restoration to the register and continue its operations. Restoration requires reporting the missing information, paying any prescribed fees, and submitting the application within one year of the deregistration decision.

Centralising corporate data in EU portal

Restricting health and social services investments
Major health and social services construction projects by companies owned by municipalities and joint municipal authorities will become subject to an exemption permit procedure before the health and social services reform. Enhancing EU business register data exchange
The Finnish Trade Register will be connected to a European network through which company data is exchanged directly between authorities in EU countries. If a foreign company ceases to exist in its home country, its branch in Finland will at the same time be removed from the register.
