    The Finnish Education Evaluation Centre and the secretariat of the Matriculation Examination Board will be transferred to become separate units within the Finnish National Agency for Education from the beginning of 2018. The Finnish National Agency for Education will provide the administrative and support services for the units, but the actual evaluation and examination duties of the units will remain independent.
