Unemployment benefit will decrease by 4.65 per cent if an unemployed person does not work sufficiently or participate in employment services during a three-month monitoring period. At the same time, the waiting period at the start of unemployment will be shortened from seven days to five days.

An unemployed person will be able to start business activities and receive unemployment benefits for the first four months without an assessment of whether the activity is full-time. Reforming employment services and unemployment security
Periodic interviews every three months will be introduced for the unemployed, and unemployment benefit funds will be used to pay pay subsidies, start-up grants and mobility allowances.
