    Electronic monitoring using a monitoring ankle tag and positioning device can be attached to an extended restraining order in situations involving a serious threat of violence. In addition, the police will be able to impose a temporary restraining order on their own initiative at a lower threshold than before, and applying for a restraining order will always become free of charge.
