    Health and social services workers will be required to have COVID-19 vaccination or protection conferred by prior illness if they work in close contact with clients or patients belonging to risk groups. Employers may check employees' health data and, if necessary, suspend the payment of wages if an employee does not have the required protection and no other work is available.
