The validity of temporary Covid-19 restrictions, health security measures on entry, and the national use of the Covid pass would be extended until the end of June 2022. The use of the Covid pass would be specified so that it must be required for the entire opening hours if it is used to replace official restrictions.

Covid certificates and testing for travellers
Passengers arriving in Finland will be required to present a certificate of covid-19 vaccination, recovery from the disease, or a negative test result. If a passenger does not have a certificate, they must take a covid-19 test upon arrival and, if necessary, a second test later.

Covid certificate requirement for incoming travellers
Passengers arriving in Finland from risk areas will be required to present a certificate of a negative covid test or a previous infection. Transport companies must inform passengers of these requirements before travel.
