Disclosing forest data to banks
Banks will receive information from the forest information system for granting and monitoring credit without the separate consent of the forest owner. The amendment will make it easier to use forest properties as loan collateral and streamline the monitoring of collateral values by banks.

Protecting older workers' unemployment allowance
The earnings-related unemployment allowance of an unemployed person aged 58 or older will no longer decrease even if they accept lower-paid work and become unemployed again. At the same time, Kela (the Social Insurance Institution) and unemployment funds will be granted the right to monitor beneficiaries' income using data from the Finnish Tax Administration.

Securing Tax Administration data access
The Finnish Tax Administration will receive clearer rights to collect information from banks and other operators for tax supervision without identifying the individuals being audited in advance. At the same time, strict data protection safeguards and an obligation to erase unnecessary personal data will be laid down.
