Extending the last pension institution principle
Pension applicants will receive their earnings-related pension through a single decision even when their career includes working at the Bank of Finland or in Åland's public sector. In addition, pension institutions' access to health data will be sped up by enabling electronic retrieval of data directly from the Kanta services.

Expanding disclosure of intelligence information
The Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (Supo) and military intelligence will be permitted to disclose information on suspected serious offences more extensively to the police and other crime prevention authorities. In addition, Supo will be able to disclose information directly to the Nato defence alliance and certain EU bodies.

Supervision of the EU deforestation regulation
A supervision and penalty system for the EU Deforestation Regulation will be introduced in Finland to prevent products causing deforestation from entering the market or being exported. The Finnish Food Authority will act as the principal supervisory authority, and substantial administrative penalty payments may be imposed for violations of the requirements.

Digitalising and clarifying occupational disease notifications
Doctors' obligation to notify the occupational safety and health authority will be restricted solely to occupational diseases, and notifications will be transmitted electronically via Kanta services. Reporting other work-related illnesses will become voluntary, and the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health will receive research data centrally from Kela.

The administration of private roads will be simplified and shareholders' right to access information of road maintenance associations will be improved. Independent car repair shops and their employees will be able to order a criminal record extract to prove their reliability and obtain authorisation to access protected vehicle security information. At the same time, the authorities will receive the right to check the background information of vehicle inspectors directly from the fine register.

Consumers and businesses will gain the right to access data generated by their smart devices and share it onwards, for example with repair and maintenance services.
