Some services and duties of the central government's public employment services (TE services) will be temporarily transferred to be organised by pilot municipalities. The pilot applies in particular to jobseekers who face difficulties finding employment, people under 30 years of age, immigrants, and jobseekers receiving labour market subsidy or basic unemployment allowance.
