Restricting municipal wage subsidies
Wage subsidies paid to municipalities will be restricted so that they are granted only for hiring persons with partial work ability or long-term unemployed persons aged 60 or over. At the same time, employment service and compulsory work duties during states of emergency under the Emergency Powers Act will be transferred to the new employment authorities.

Permanent early support for farmers

During prolonged sick leaves, an employee's work ability and need for rehabilitation would be assessed more regularly than at present. The aim of the reform is to support returning to work and prevent early retirement on a disability pension.

Developing Keva's risk management and services
