Finland will approve the amendments to the Treaty Establishing the European Stability Mechanism. The reform will establish a backstop facility for the Single Resolution Fund for banks within the stability mechanism and clarify the conditions for supporting euro area countries in an economic crisis.

Securing guarantees for transferred debts
