Expanding disclosure of intelligence information
The Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (Supo) and military intelligence will be permitted to disclose information on suspected serious offences more extensively to the police and other crime prevention authorities. In addition, Supo will be able to disclose information directly to the Nato defence alliance and certain EU bodies.

Anticipating health risks using patient data
Wellbeing services counties will be granted the right to analyse patient data in their registers to detect residents' health risks and treatment gaps in advance. Clarifying judicial administration data protection
The responsibilities of judicial administration authorities and the National Prosecution Authority as data controllers will be clarified, and data protection for parties to criminal proceedings will be strengthened. The disclosure of contact details of persons involved in criminal cases will be restricted to improve safety, and stricter processing rules will be laid down for sensitive information.

A new national digital service, Osaamispolku, will be established in Finland to support citizens in their education and career choices and in developing their competence.
