Easier smoking bans in housing companies
Housing companies would be granted the right to ban smoking on residents' balconies and in apartments by their own decision without a municipal permit process. At the same time, the sale of CBD and certain other cannabinoids in tobacco products and tobacco substitutes would be prohibited.

Nicotine pouches will be brought under the scope of the Tobacco Act, making their retail sale subject to a licence and introducing a maximum nicotine limit.
