The Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (Supo) and military intelligence will be permitted to disclose information on suspected serious offences more extensively to the police and other crime prevention authorities. The occupational safety and health authority will be able to oblige an employer to pay an employee the minimum wage under a generally applicable collective agreement, enforced with a conditional fine.
