Streamlining and digitising firearms licensing
Acquisition and possession permits for firearms will be combined into a single firearm licence that can be applied for electronically, and the aptitude test for licence applicants will be abolished. The requirement to present firearms at police stations will be curtailed, and firearms dealers will begin entering firearms data directly into the police's electronic system.

Digitalising ship logbooks and incident reporting
Ships will be able to switch to keeping logbooks in electronic form, and outdated formalities, such as sealing logbooks, will be abolished. In addition, it will become mandatory to report ship incidents and accidents directly to the authorities in order to improve maritime safety.
