Unemployed persons will be required to apply regularly for at least four jobs a month, and meetings with them will begin every two weeks in the initial phase of their job search. The responsibilities for health and social services in the multisectoral joint service promoting employment and in the integration of immigrants will be transferred from municipalities to wellbeing services counties from the beginning of 2023.
