Pension applicants will receive their earnings-related pension through a single decision even when their career includes working at the Bank of Finland or in Åland's public sector. In addition, pension institutions' access to health data will be sped up by enabling electronic retrieval of data directly from the Kanta services.

The qualification and eligibility requirements for the management and administrative bodies of earnings-related pension insurance companies will be tightened and clarified.
