At the same time, the organiser of replacement services will be granted the right to monitor the occupational safety of replacement workers on farms and, if necessary, refuse replacement services in dangerous conditions.

    Oversight of the working conditions of workers posted to Finland by foreign companies will be tightened by introducing a mandatory advance notification. Instead of criminal fines, direct administrative negligence fees that can also be collected from abroad will be imposed for breaches of obligations.
