Transferring liability for incomes register errors
Responsibility for rectifying data in the incomes register and data protection obligations will be transferred from employers and other payers directly to the Incomes Register Unit. Citizens will be able to request the rectification of their incorrect income data directly from the authority.

Gender hatred as an aggravating circumstance
Committing an offence motivated by hatred based on the victim's gender will be added to the Criminal Code as an aggravating circumstance. In addition, legal persons can be held criminally liable for certain offences committed out of gender hatred, such as aggravated defamation or unlawful threat.

Strengthening legal protection for posted workers
The protection of workers posted temporarily to Finland from abroad will be improved by prohibiting employers from penalising workers who claim their rights or contact authorities.
