Misleading environmental marketing by companies will face stricter intervention, and consumers must be provided with clearer information than before on product durability and repairability. Adding nicotine pouches to producer responsibility
Manufacturers and importers of nicotine pouches will be obligated to compensate municipalities for the cleanup and waste management of litter caused by their products. At the same time, compensation paid to municipalities by producers of single-use plastics and nicotine pouches will be changed to be based mainly on a fixed annual per-capita fee.

The application threshold for the Act on Co-operation within Undertakings would be raised to 50 employees, and the minimum durations of change negotiations would be halved. Repair shops' access to vehicle security data
Independent car repair shops and their employees will be able to order a criminal record extract to prove their reliability and obtain authorisation to access protected vehicle security information. At the same time, the authorities will receive the right to check the background information of vehicle inspectors directly from the fine register.
