    The Hunting Act will be amended so that population management hunting of bears, wolves and lynxes can once again be permitted in Finland.     Conditions for family reunification will be tightened by setting an age limit of 21 years for residence permits for spouses and requiring beneficiaries of international protection to have resided in Finland for two years before bringing their family to the country. In addition, secured means of support will, as a rule, be required for the entry of a guardian of a minor who has received subsidiary protection.
