Electricity tax relief for data centres will be abolished and the electricity used by data centres will be transferred to the general tax category. This will raise the tax on electricity used in data centres from 0.05 cents to 2.24 cents per kilowatt-hour.

Abolishing the Housing Fund of Finland
The Housing Fund of Finland will be abolished, and state-subsidised housing construction will be financed directly from the state budget. At the same time, a guarantee fee will be introduced for new state interest-subsidy loans, though it will not be charged on student housing or housing projects for special groups.
