Repair shops' access to vehicle security data
Independent car repair shops and their employees will be able to order a criminal record extract to prove their reliability and obtain authorisation to access protected vehicle security information. At the same time, the authorities will receive the right to check the background information of vehicle inspectors directly from the fine register.

Customs supervision of biocide imports
Finnish Customs will be granted the right to inspect and stop non-compliant biocidal products ordered by private individuals from other EU countries immediately upon entry. The change applies, for example, to mosquito repellents, rodent poisons, and products treated with biocides ordered from online stores.
