Easier smoking bans in housing companies
Housing companies would be granted the right to ban smoking on residents' balconies and in apartments by their own decision without a municipal permit process. At the same time, the sale of CBD and certain other cannabinoids in tobacco products and tobacco substitutes would be prohibited.

Employer refusal of saved leave timing
Employees would no longer be able to decide unilaterally when to take their saved annual leave. Employers would be granted the right to refuse the timing proposed by an employee if the leave would disrupt operations or prevent an equitable allocation of holidays.

Extending security clearances for civil servants
