Täällä salissa puhutaan paljon arvovalinnoista, ja nyt käsiteltävässä talousarviossa on tehty selkeä arvovalinta sen puolesta, että jo valmiiksi kriisissä olevaa maataloutta ei rangaista lisää tukileikkauksilla.
